AMC MET Medical College is a government medical college in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. It is run by AMC Medical Education Trust.〔(【引用サイトリンク】work=http://www.minglebox.com/ )〕 It is located at the well known Sheth L.G Hospital campus. The hospital was built in the 1950s and has been delivering comprehensive medical care since then. The foundation stone of college was laid by the present prime minister Narendra Modi who was a sitting MLA of Maninagar constituency. The college and hospital has state of the art infrastructure. It has been upgraded to a 750-bed hospital and college. "AMC MET" is the abbreviation for "Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust". The college was established in 2009.
